This training will prepare your restaurant operation to meet the new state mandated training requirements for foodservice personnel. This class will empower employees with the knowledge and skills they need to prepare and serve food safely. The registration fee covers the cost of the ServSafe Essentials textbook, exam, and proctoring of the exam. This is an 8 hour course, and the exam is taken during the final 2 hours. All courses begin at 8:00 AM.
Cost: $100.00 per student
In order to be eligible to take the exam, students must bring a valid ID and a #2 pencil.
Registration is required 3 weeks prior to date of class - workshops require a minimum number of 10 participants in order to run. If a class is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified. With early registration, the student will be sent a text book prior to the start date of the class. Any cancellations must be received prior to the 3-week registration deadline or the student will still be charged the course fee to cover the cost of materials. Students will be given a one hour lunch break.
