The Elvis




    1. On a plate of choice, spread a swoosh of peanut butter first.
    2. Place the peanut butter toffee bar on top the peanut butter.
    3. Place the caramelized plantains on top of the peanut butter toffee bar.
    4. Drizzle with caramel sauce over the plantains and plate.
    5. Top with whipped topping and garnish with crumbled bacon.
