Salt & Pepper Slaw Dog




    1. Lightly toast bread and reserve. Toss slaw vegetables in a bowl with toasted sesame dressing and reserve cold.
    2. Fry chicken per manufacturer's instructions, drain, then toss while hot in a bowl with Umami Wing Sauce to lightly coat.
    3. First, spread a layer of mayo on the bread, add chicken, and then the slaw mixture.
    4. Finally, garnish with cilantro sprigs and pickled red onions.
