Kimchi Fried Rice Plate

 

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

    1. Over medium-high heat, add a little bit of rice bran oil.
    2. Then over hot heat, cook kimchi fried rice per manufacturer's instructions. Reserve and hold hot.
    3. Fry egg sunny-side-up and reserve for garnish.
    4. In a bowl, add cooked kimchi fried rice, then top with choice of chicken or beef bulgogi.
    5. Garnish with a few drops of sesame oil, fried egg, scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
