Featured Recipe: Gnocchi Spinach Soup

Gnocchi Spinach Soup




    1. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
    2. Add 10 oz. vegetable broth.
    3. Add spinach for the final minute. Set aside.
    4. Heat sauté pan and add 1 oz oil. Add 4 oz. gnocchi. Toss until golden brown.
    5. Add gnocchi to soup.
    6. Salt and pepper to taste.
