Simple Baked Haddock
This is the perfect weeknight dinner – a quick and easy dish your whole family will love!
2 ea Haddock Fillets, thawed in refrigerator overnight (SKU #860641)
3 fl oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil, divided (SKU #30072)
1 ea Lemon, sliced in half, one half sliced into rounds (SKU #88519)
Kosher Salt, to taste (SKU #92274)
Black Pepper, to taste (SKU #68258)
Crushed Red Pepper, a pinch (SKU #68266)
Paprika, to taste (SKU #68351)
1/2 cup Italian Parsley (SKU #89102)
1/2 Red Onion, Sliced (SKU #89091)
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place haddock fillets on a sheet pan and drizzle olive oil over the top. Using the half lemon, squeeze lemon juice over the tops of the fillets then season with salt, pepper, crushed red pepper and paprika. Arrange parsley and onions around fillets and add the lemon slices. Bake the fish fillets for approximately 10 minutes or until the fish reaches 145 degrees and is white and flaky.
Serving suggestion: Pair with Italian vegetable blend (#45343), heated and tossed with garlic butter and more parsley.
