Sautéed Garlic Butter Mushrooms
½# Butter (SKU #861016)
1 Garlic clove, minced (SKU #89145)
8 oz Mushrooms (SKU #89114)
Kosher Salt, to taste (SKU #92274)
¼ Bunch Parsley, chopped (SKU #89102)
Wash and cut mushrooms. In a large sauté pan over medium/low heat, melt butter and gently cook garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms to pan and turn up heat to medium/high. Cook the mushrooms stirring occasionally until they have browned then add the salt and parsley. Serve hot.
