Pork Tenderloin with Brewpub Mustard
2 ea Pork Tenderloins (SKU #15178)
¾ cup Brewpub Mustard, divided (SKU #56153)
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Pat tenderloins dry and rub brew pub mustard to cover top and sides. Roast tenderloins for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees. Broil to brown the tops for about 1 minute. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
