5 ea Hamburger Rolls (SKU #861401)
5 Tbsp Butter, softened (SKU #861016)
5 8 oz Fresh Steak Burgers (SKU #860146)
Kosher Salt, to taste (SKU #92274)
Black Pepper, ground (SKU #68258)
1 lb Bacon, cooked (SKU #18120)
10 Slices Cheddar Cheese (SKU #861056)
5 Slices Tomatoes (SKU #89101)
1 oz Baby Arugula, divided (SKU #860189)
10 oz Mayonnaise, divided (SKU #56005)
Heat your grill to medium high heat. Spread softened butter on burger roll. Season burger with salt and pepper. Grill burger to desired doneness. Turn grill temp down to low. Melt two pieces of cheese on each burger and arrange rolls around burgers to toast. When rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted you can build your burgers. Each roll should have burger with cheese, two slices of tomato, handful of baby arugula and 2 oz of mayonnaise.
