Grilled Shrimp Tacos
Ingredients
1# Shrimp, thawed (SKU #44220)
Kosher Salt, to taste (SKU #92274)
Black Pepper, to taste (SKU #68258)
1 cup Avocado Crema (recipe below)
6 6̎ Flour Tortillas (SKU #861581)
2 cups Baby Arugula, chopped (SKU #860189)
¼ Head of Cabbage, shredded (SKU #89089)
10 Baby French Breakfast Radishes, thinly sliced (SKU #860191)
1 ea Jalapeño Pepper, sliced thin for garnish
1 cup Feta Cheese, for garnish
Avocado Crema
1 ea Avocado (SKU #89085)
1 cup Sour Cream (SKU #25328)
¼ cup Feta Cheese
3 tsp Lime Juice (SKU #860858)
½ Jalapeño Pepper, seeded and diced
Instructions
Toss thawed shrimp with salt and pepper. Heat grill to medium high. Make Avocado Crema: combine avocado, sour cream, feta cheese, lime juice, salt and pepper in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until smooth and set aside until ready to combine tacos. Grill shrimp for about 30 seconds on each side. To build the taco, place the flour tortilla in your hand and add arugula, shredded cabbage, shrimp, radishes, jalapeño peppers, avocado crema and feta cheese.
