2# Carrots, peeled, sliced in half then quartered (SKU #89090)

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a covered baking dish, arrange carrots and potatoes around the outside. Place pot roast in the middle and distribute gravy evenly and bake one hour. Remove vegetables and arrange on platter, add salt and pepper to taste. Shred the pot roast into pieces, serve alongside vegetables and gravy.
