Shrimp Tacos

Ingredients

#88094  -  Red Cabbage, shredded
#60308  -  8 Tortillas
#00000  -  Avocado Crema
#88193  -  Radish, garnish
#88406  -  Jalapeño, garnish
#25086  -  Feta Cheese, garnish
Avocado Crema
#88030  -  ½ Avocado, mashed
#25317  -  8 oz Sour Cream
#25086  -  ¼ cup Feta Cheese
#88055  -  3 tsp Lime Juice
#88406  -  1 tablespoon Jalapeño, seeded and diced

 

Instructions

Toss thawed raw shrimp with kosher salt and fresh cracked pepper. Grill or pan sear and set cooked shrimp aside. To make Avocado crema; combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill thoroughly. For a creamier texture pulse in a food processor. Assemble tacos; place cabbage and shrimp onto tortilla and top with avocado crema, radishes, jalapeños and feta cheese.
