Maui Fried Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients

88139  -  1# Shredded Cabbage
56185  -  8 fl oz Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Sauce
48046  -  1 ea Hawaiian Sweet Roll
53206  -  1 Crispy Chicken Breast, cooked
88311  -  Pineapple, grilled
88115  -  Cucumber, quick pickled
56076  -  2 fl oz Jalapeño Ranch Dressing
00000  -  2 oz Sweet Garlic Teriyaki Slaw

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and sweet garlic teriyaki sauce. Set aside until assembling sandwiches.
  2. Toast buns, grill pineapple and fry chicken to 165 degrees.
  3. Place chicken on heel of bun and top with pineapple, pickled cucumber and sweet garlic teriyaki slaw.
  4. Drizzle with jalapeño ranch dressing, top with crown and serve.
