- In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and sweet garlic teriyaki sauce. Set aside until assembling sandwiches.
- Toast buns, grill pineapple and fry chicken to 165 degrees.
- Place chicken on heel of bun and top with pineapple, pickled cucumber and sweet garlic teriyaki slaw.
- Drizzle with jalapeño ranch dressing, top with crown and serve.
