Grilled Denver Steak with Arugula, Orange Supreme, Almonds and
Nutmeg Dressing

Ingredients

#12546  -  4 ea Indian Ridge Denver Steaks
#92274  -  Kosher Salt
#68258  -  Black Pepper
#56010  -  6 oz Mayonnaise
#92087  -  2 oz White Balsamic Vinegar
#92587  -  1 oz Honey
#68186  -  1 tsp Nutmeg
#88348  -  2 ea Oranges, supreme
#10795  -  ½ cup Almonds, toasted
#88202  -  8 oz Arugula

 

Instructions

  • Char-grilled Indian Ridge Denver Steak - Lightly salt and pepper both sides of the Denver steak. Place on a hot grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or to a desired temperature.
  • Nutmeg dressing - Mix the mayonnaise, white balsamic vinegar, honey and nutmeg thoroughly in a bowl with a whisk.
  • Toss the oranges, almonds and arugula with dressing to serve.
