Green Goddess Salad

Ingredients

Ingredients

  1. In a food processor or blender, puree the spinach, basil, parsley, tarragon and garlic with oil until smooth. Combine the puree with the mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later service.
  2. Combine the salad ingredients and add dressing to order.
  3. Add anything you have on hand to make this eye-catching green salad even more colorful!
