The Forager Burger


#11122 - 4 Schweid & Sons 4 oz Homestyle Beef Burger Patties
#51188 - 4 Turano Homestyle Brioche Roll
#25090 - 4 slices of Provolone Cheese
#88202 - 1 package of Arugula, washed
#88228 - 1 package of sliced Mushrooms
#30010 - 1 Tbs Olive Oil
#00000 - Salt and Pepper to taste

4 Tbs Truffle Mayo
#56010 - Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
#30027 - White Truffle Oil
- Mix to combine 16 oz mayo with a small splash of truffle oil


  • Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add olive oil to the pan and carefully add the mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper. Cook mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Set aside.
  • Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. While waiting for the skillet to heat up, season the Schweid & Sons burger patties with salt and pepper. Carefully place patties on skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to desired doneness.
  • Time to assemble the Burger! Turano Brioche Roll, Truffle Mayonnaise, Arugula, Schweid & Sons Burger, Provolone Cheese, Sautéed Mushrooms, and top Turano Brioche Roll. Enjoy!
