Egg Roll Platter

Ingredients

23058  -  2 ea Golden Tiger (Ajinomoto) Vegetarian Egg Roll
88115  -  3 slices Cucumber
88268  -  1 ea Green Leaf Fillet
88214  -  2 slices Tomato
88316  -  2 oz Shredded Carrot
56070  -  2 oz Ken's Sweet & Sour Sauce

 

Instructions

Deep fry egg rolls according to instructions. Slice egg rolls on a bias. Assemble platter by portioning sauce and decorating with vegetables.
