Ingredients

46486  -  11 Anchor Cheese Curds
60223  -  6 oz tri color tortilla chips
66011  -  3 oz chili con carne
88956  -  2 oz pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Prepare curds according to cooking instructions
  2. Top chips with warm chili con carne
  3. Drizzle with pico de gallo
  4. Top with jalapeño and cilantro
  5. Crown with cheese curds
  6. Serve with guacamole and sour cream
  7. Pair with a craft brew
