Instructions
- Mix balsamic vinaigrette with lemon juice and orange juice, set aside until ready to use.
- Place kale, mint, spring mix, couscous, grapefruit and oranges in a bowl.
- Toss with freshly made citrus balsamic vinaigrette.
- Garnish with avocado, almonds and feta.
