Fried Egg Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients

#27055 - Papetti's Table Ready Home-Style Fried Egg Patty, heated - 1
#92587 - Sweet Harvest Foods Honey - 2 Tbs.
#29047 - Unsalted Butter - 1 Tbs.
#92274 - Kosher Salt - to taste
#36846 - Bridgford Buttermilk Biscuits WG - 1
#53231 - Tyson Chicken Breast Fillet Golden Crispy WG, heated - 2.5 oz
#25892 - Great Lakes Sliced Cheddar Cheese - 1 slice

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey and butter. Whisk to blend. Heat until butter melts. Season to taste with salt. Remove from heat.
  3. Glaze heated chicken breast with honey butter. Layer over egg patty.
  4. Top with cheddar cheese. Place on sheet pan.
  5. Place in hot oven. Heat until cheese is melted. Remove from oven.
  6. Add biscuit top and serve immediately.
